This year, for the first time, we are offering convenient online payment options.
We recommend that you select ACH bank transfer, which is the lowest-fee option, but you may also pay by credit card.
About Corbitt Estates
Corbitt Estates is a small, quiet community consisting of 38 single-family homes in Bear, Delaware (New Castle County).
The first homes were built in 2005 by Empire Builders, and building continued through the mid-2010s.
The Corbitt Estates neighborhood is accessed from Bear-Corbitt Road (Route 7) onto Corbitt Circle.
Corbitt Estates is in the Colonial School District. Schools include Wilbur Elementary, Gunning Bedford Middle, and William Penn High.
Corbitt Estates Maintenance Corp.
Corbitt Estates Maintenance Corp. is the homeowner’s association for the community.
As a deed-restricted community, all property owners automatically become members of the homeowner’s association and are required to pay modest annual dues.
It is responsible for:
- maintenance of the common areas in the neighborhood (grass mowing, swale maintenance)
- snow removal
- reviewing and approving plans for property upgrades, as required by deed restrictions
The Corbitt Estates Maintenance Corp. is overseen by a board of directors, elected annually.
