Greetings Neighbors!
Here are a few updates from our community meeting on 8/12/24:

$250 HOA fee is due on September 30, 2024. Payments accepted online at CorbittEstates.org or checks can be dropped off at 312 Corbitt.

Please ensure trees on your property are at least 7′ vertically from sidewalk. Several complaints have been made regarding the obstruction of sidewalks due to low hanging trees. The county will be notified to come out for inspection and if they have to cut trees citations will be issued to property owners.

New proxies are coming out soon, please vote!

Please help keep our community clean by picking up any trash or debris.

We are seeking a new treasurer, let the board know if you’re interested.

Six board members were nominated and accepted their appointments to the 2023-24 board.

Four of those board members were appointed as officers (president, vice president, treasurer, secretary).
